Sally Kleyn

I am a coach/counsellor and expert group facilitator offering practical, sustainable ways for individuals and teams to perform at their best.  My role is to help clients achieve transformational change by removing the barriers (internal and external) that are getting in their way.

Whether working with an individual leader or an organisation wanting to implement a new strategy, I aim to bring the right balance of support and challenge for each client, employing skills and methods honed over a span of 30 years of professional practice.  I encourage leaders to embody the changes they want to make so that their leadership is more authentic, natural and sustainable. Clients report that they feel more resilient, energised and focused as a result of our individual or group sessions.

My professional practice is based on a solid academic foundation, which includes post graduate training in psychological counselling, change management and human systems.  I am a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Integrative Coach-Therapists Practitioners and the Systems Centered Research Institute.

I have worked with a broad range of corporate clients in diverse business sectors across Europe. These include: AIG, Barclays, British Gas, BUPA, Crown Estates, Eversholt Rail Group, HSBC, Peabody Housing Association, PwC, Trans-Atlantic Reinsurance, Unilever, Universal Music and Wellcome Trust.

I also have a growing private coach/counselling practice for individuals who want to address persistent problems or deep rooted patterns that are holding them back, preventing them from achieving what they want or living the life they want.

Recent and current projects include:

• Innovative leadership development programmes for middle, senior and executive levels, as part of a culture change process
• Creation and delivery of an 8 week Productive Conversations course  for a global consultancy firm (blend of e-learning and face-to-face sessions)
• Teaching transformational coaching skills to corporate managers
• One-to-one executive coaching for experienced and new leaders through critical career transitions and into new global roles
• Virtual coaching and group workshops in body intelligence for authentic leadership and peak performance
• Advanced embodied leadership workshop for experienced group facilitators and trainers.
