Tell me moreThis programme is for leaders who have had some experience in using a coaching style to develop others and increase capability in their organisations. It takes basic coaching models to a new level and explores ways in which you can transform a coachee’s mindset, assumptions, emotions and behaviour patterns to bring about real and sustainable development.
You’ll practise your skills with fellow learners, in small groups, using real-life work challenges (no role play). You get instant, honest feedback and are supported and challenged to work authentically and creatively to achieve tangible results. Virtual group coaching sessions can be set up after the programme to further develop and refine transformational coaching skills.
Because you are working in a group, you get the value of feedback about your impact. This is learning that you may not get in your normal work environment.
