This programme uses the medium of small, facilitated action learning groups, where team leaders work together to develop themselves in their leadership roles. They use their current real-life challenges to identify their current mindset, values, beliefs, emotions and behaviour patterns.
Leaders explore different models of leadership and create a personal vision for the leader they want to be. They support and challenge each other to consistently work toward their goals. The aim of this programme is to enable development and transformation of the team leader, his/her team members and the organisation as a whole. Follow up sessions are highly recommended.
