Values are ideals that give meaning and significance to our lives. In this programme, leaders come together in small action-learning groups to discover their true values. Then, through working with their real-life challenges, they explore how to integrate their values to develop themselves, their teams and their organisations.
Participants complete an online Values Survey and receive a one-on-one debrief with the facilitator prior to the programme start. This programme is most effective when run over a period of 8 – 12 weeks, meeting 3 – 4 times. Follow up sessions are highly recommended. Programmes can be delivered virtually or face-to-face.
